First-Time Order? How Sample Orders Work at Hongmioo

For first-time cooperation, ordering samples is a smart way to verify quality before committing to mass production. Hongmioo welcomes sample orders from new customers and provides a straightforward process.

Sample Order Process

Step 1: Tell us what you need. Share your design requirements, belt type, material, size, buckle preference, and any logo or branding details. If you have a reference belt or design drawing, include it.

Step 2: We provide a sample quotation. Sample costs cover materials and labor only — no profit margin added. If your design requires a new buckle mold, there will be a separate mold charge.

Step 3: We produce the sample in 5-7 working days for standard designs. Complex designs with custom hardware may take 10-12 days.

Step 4: The sample is shipped via express courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) for quick delivery. We provide tracking information.

Sample Fees and Refund Policy

Sample fees are fully refundable against your bulk order. For example, if your sample costs $50 and your first bulk order is over $1000, the sample fee is deducted from the invoice total. Mold costs for custom buckles are separate and are not refundable, but the molds remain your property for future reorders.

Customs and Import Duties on Samples

Sample shipments are sent with a declared value for customs purposes. Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility. We mark samples as "commercial samples" where permitted by customs regulations to minimize duties.
