If you realize your shipping address is wrong after placing an order with Hongmioo, do not worry — we can update it if you contact us in time.

Within 24 Hours of Order Placement

If you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can update the shipping address before production begins. Contact our sales team directly by email or through the website contact form with your order number and corrected address. We will confirm the change and update the order record immediately.

During Production

If production has already started, we can still update the address as long as the goods have not shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible. The sooner we know, the easier it is to make the correction without delays.

After Shipment

If the order has already shipped with an incorrect address, we will contact the shipping carrier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) on your behalf to request an address change. Carriers typically allow address corrections within a limited window — usually while the package is still in transit within the origin country. Some carriers may charge a redirect fee, which would be the buyer's responsibility.

Preventing Address Errors

To avoid shipping issues, always double-check your shipping address before submitting an order. Include recipient name, full street address, city, state/province, postal code, country, and a contact phone number. The phone number is critical for customs clearance and last-mile delivery in many countries.
