How to Track Your Hongmioo Order

Once your custom belt order ships from our Hangzhou factory, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time.

Tracking Process

Step 1 — Shipment Notification: When your order is dispatched, we send an email with the tracking number, carrier name (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or the sea freight line), and a tracking link. The email also includes the packing list and commercial invoice for customs reference.

Step 2 — Track Online: Click the tracking link in the email or visit the carrier's website directly. Enter your tracking number to view the current status, location, and estimated delivery date. Most carriers provide real-time tracking updates every 2-4 hours during transit.

Step 3 — Delivery Confirmation: For express shipments, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days globally. For sea freight, delivery takes 15-30 days depending on the destination. We follow up after delivery to confirm you received the shipment in good condition.

What If the Tracking Does Not Update?

Sometimes tracking information does not update immediately. This is normal — carriers scan packages at key transit points. If tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours after receiving the number, contact our shipping team and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Tracking for Sea Freight

For sea freight orders, tracking is provided by the shipping line and includes vessel name, departure date, estimated arrival date, and container number. Once the container arrives at the destination port, we provide the local agent's contact information for customs clearance coordination.
