Hongmioo has added a new needlepoint golf belt to its private-label range. The belt pairs a needlepoint-stitched strap with bark-tanned cow leather and a solid copper buckle, and it is produced in our own factory in Wenzhou, Zhejiang.

Needlepoint construction is a traditional craft in which the pattern is stitched thread by thread rather than printed onto the surface. Because the design is built from stitching, colours stay sharp after repeated use and the strap keeps a structured, premium hand feel that printed belts cannot reproduce.

The new style uses bark-tanned cow leather for the strap body. Bark tanning is a slow vegetable-tanning process that gives the leather a dense, firm character and a finish that develops its own patina over time. Each belt is cut, skived and edge-finished by experienced operators, then assembled with a solid copper buckle that is polished before assembly.

Belt width can be produced in 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm or 40 mm, and length is made to your size chart. Logo methods include embossing, debossing, hot stamping, embroidery and metal logo plates. Packaging can be poly bag, colour box, gift box or a fully custom retail package with hang tags and barcodes.

Ordering terms follow our standard OEM and ODM service: MOQ from 50 pieces, samples ready in 10-15 days, and bulk production in about 35 days after sample approval. The factory is ISO 9001 certified, BSCI and SEDEX audited and VF compliant, and it produces about 100,000 belts per month with more than 100 skilled workers.
